At Ondres_Moto, all products are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at ondrej.k2922@gmail.com and provide photographs of the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom and Print-on-Demand Products

Products are manufactured after the order is placed. Certain custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless required by applicable law or if the product is defective.
